Security

Agencies trust Agentix with their own data and their clients' data. This page explains how we protect it and how to report a security issue.

1. Infrastructure

Agentix runs on managed cloud infrastructure with servers and databases operated by established providers. We do not run our own data centers.

2. Encryption

All traffic to agentixgo.com and the products is served over HTTPS. Data is encrypted at rest by our hosting and database providers.

3. Access control and sub-account separation

Database access rules keep each agency's data, and each client sub-account's data, separate. Our internal access to production data is limited to people who need it to operate and support the platform.

  • Single sign-on across Agentix apps through AgentixHUB.
  • Role-based permissions for team members and client users.
  • Private file storage served only through authorized requests.

4. Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers.

5. AI and third-party providers

AI features send only the content needed for each request to our AI providers. We choose providers that do not use customer content to train their public models where that option is available.

6. Monitoring and backups

We log errors and unusual activity to spot problems early, and our database provider keeps regular backups.

7. Reporting a security issue

If you believe you have found a vulnerability, please email sales@agentixgo.com with "Security" in the subject line and enough detail for us to reproduce it. Please give us reasonable time to fix the issue before sharing it publicly, and do not access or change other users' data while testing.
