Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information AgentixGO collects, why we collect it, how we use it and the choices you have. It covers agentixgo.com and the AgentixHUB, AgentixCRM, AgentixSEO and AgentixFLO products.

1. Who we are

AgentixGO ("Agentix", "we", "us") provides a white-label software platform for marketing agencies. When an agency uses Agentix to serve its own clients, the agency decides what client data goes into the platform and we process that data on the agency's behalf.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the website, respond to you and provide the products.

  • Contact details you send us, such as your name, email address, phone number, the products you are interested in and your message when you use the Contact sales form.
  • Account and billing details when you subscribe, such as your name, email, company and plan. Card payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Content you or your clients add to the products, such as CRM contacts, website pages, SEO data, ad campaigns and AI prompts.
  • Technical information our servers receive automatically, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps, used for security and reliability.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Reply to sales requests and send you the confirmation and follow-up emails you asked for.
  • Create and manage accounts, process subscriptions and track credit usage.
  • Provide, maintain and improve the products, including AI features that generate content, recommendations and reports.
  • Protect the platform, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

4. AI features

Some features send your prompts and related content to AI model providers to generate a response, such as articles, ad creative or recommendations. We send only what is needed for the request.

AI output can be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing it before you publish or send it to clients.

5. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers that host our infrastructure, send email, process payments and run AI models, under contracts that limit how they use it.
  • The agency that owns a sub-account, for data inside that sub-account.
  • Authorities when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the public.
  • A successor business if Agentix is involved in a merger or acquisition, under the same protections.

6. How long we keep information

We keep account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax and accounting duties. Sales inquiries are kept while they are useful for following up. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, and to object to or limit certain uses. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.

To make a request, email sales@agentixgo.com. We will verify your identity before acting on it. If your data sits inside an agency's sub-account, we may refer you to that agency.

8. Children

Agentix is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top. Significant changes will be communicated to account holders by email.
